I am a midlife woman with 25 years experience in the corporate media publishing sector. 

After redundancy, I made the choice to re-train to become an ICF Accredited Professional and Personal Coach, due to my many years successfully and supportively managing teams.

During my first career, I spent much of my time mentoring and coaching both individuals and teams, as well as the wider business network, and have always passionately loved people, and the unique and diverse challenges that come with each one. 

My coaching allows the space for clarity and focus, and my style is openly supportive, straight talking and intuitive. 

My years in corporate business enables me to understand the intricacies and politics often at play within work dynamics, and together a path can be set to address whichever transitions you face, and refocus your priorities to create a more aware and fulfilling future.
